You must be 18 years of age or older in order to sell to us. Beyond that, very little is required from you. Simply bring in the following:
  • The items you’re interested in selling
  • A valid, state issued photo identification

Diamond Upgrades


Natural diamond purchases from Carroll/Ochs Jewelers will be valued at 100% of the original purchase price. To get started, simply bring your jewelry in for evaluation. A minimum purchase price for upgrading will be determined at the time of evaluation. We will then deduct the trade-in value from the new purchase. Visit the store for full details.

Lab-grown diamonds are not included in the Diamond Upgrade policy and a value will be determined at time of trade-in.

We can also accept jewelry not purchased at Carroll/Ochs, but we will need to take a look at your items first. Bring them in for an evaluation to get the process started. Original receipts are not necessary but helpful.

Selling for Store Credit


If you are interested in selling your gold, silver, platinum, or diamonds for store credit we will give you at least 150% of your item’s cash value. This policy does not require a minimum purchase value.
